Frugal Friday - Math Manipulatives

Buttons. Plain and simple, bright and fancy, you name it, you can have it. Buttons can be found or purchased dirt cheap and used as math manipulatives with you homeschool curriculum or if you just want to teach you child how to count items, group items by size, shape or color. You can even use them to teach addition, subtraction, multiplication and simple whole number division. My son likes to take items like this and use them to make letters.
